ARARATBANK OJSC, acting as an account operator of the Central Depository of the Republic of Armenia, provides the following services to its customers.
ARARATBANK offers registry keeping services to Issuers of nominal non-documentary securities through collecting, storing and providing information on registered owners and securities held by them. All transactions with equity, debt and other financial instruments subject to registry are recorded through a unified automated system. Issuers are provided with information on the owners of securities recorded in the registry and transactions made with issued securities.
ARARATBANK offers registration of the issued and placed securities in the securities accounts of the investors. Issuers have the opportunity to register the results of their corporate actions in CDA through the mediation of ARARATBANK, including reorganization, acquisition of any class of securities, conversion, buyback, split, consolidation, etc.
Within the framework of securities custody, ARARATBANK offers the following services:
- Maintaining securities accounts of account holders including opening, revision, maintenance and closing of accounts;
- Registering transfer and pledge/termination of pledge of securities;
- Providing account holders with statements and other necessary reports.

ARARATBANK offers services on issued securities income payment such as dividends, coupon payments and payments related to securities maturity. The Bank mediates control of securities circulation and other restrictions and provision of notification to issuers on transfer and pledge of securities issued by them.
