Bonds of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB)
In 06.2017, ARARATBANK underwrote coupon bonds issued BSTDB worth AMD 2 billion, at face value of AMD 10.000. The bonds were underwritten by auction held at NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA Stock Exchange.
The bonds mature in a three-year period with annual yield of 8.45%. Coupon shall be paid out every six months.
