ARARATBANK 10th issue bonds listed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia tock exchnage

Today on 18 December ARARATBANK nominal coupon bonds of the 10^th issue were listed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia Stock Exchange. 

Be reminded that the bank has issued 80,000 nominal, undocumented coupon bonds in the total volume of USD 2 million at par value of USD 25, with a maturity period of 2 years and annual yield of 7 percent. Coupon yield will be paid once every quarter.       

Under the agreement signed with ARARATBANK, the market maker “Renesa” CJSC will quote corporate bonds every working day. It should be mentioned that corporate bonds of ARARATBANK are highly liquid, which enables trading in bonds within a short period of time. 

Any investor can visit either the Head Office or any of its branches to execute required transactions with the corporate bonds of ARARATBANK.
