ARARATBANK to implement guaranteed placement of FINCA UCO second tranche bonds

We hereby inform that FINCA UCO CJSC is planning to issue a second-tranche nominal, coupon AMD denominated bonds on 27 April 2017. ARARATBANK will again act as an underwriter. At that, this time also underwriting will be a guaranteed one. It should be also mentioned that on 31 December 2016, the Issue Prospectus of FINCA UCO CJSC on nominal, coupon bonds was registered by the Resolution of Chairman of Central Bank of Armenia N 1/970A from 30 December 2016, within the framework of which 160,000 nominal coupon bonds with total nominal volume of USD 4,000,000, at 7.5% annual yield, semi-annual coupon redemption, 24-month maturity had already been issued and completely placed by FINCA UCO CJSC on 22 February 2017. On 13 March 2017, USD bonds were listed and included in NASDAQ OMX Armenia secondary list of bonds (Bbond) and from the moment of listing were also admitted to trading and executing repo transactions with mentioned bonds. 

FINCA UCO CJSC AMD bonds will be placed through NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA Stock Exchange placement system through one time auction. Moreover, only NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA member companies can take part in this placement auction. The list of member companies is available on NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA official website - www.nasdaqomx.am. Non-member investors may participate in the auction (make use of the offer) through Stock members in the manner and terms set out by the latter.
