New service at ARARATBANK – USSD banking

ARARATBANK has developed a new service for its customers — USSD banking. The new service enables its customers to inquire card balance, get statements or, if necessary, block cards through mobile phones at any time.  

This facility is available for any model of mobile phone and does not require any special software to make use of the service. You are simply required to have your phone number registered in ARARATBANK database and follow the steps below:   

 

1. Dial *116# through any model of mobile phone;   

2. Customer’s plastic cards — 5 cards maximum — will appear on the screen (some numbers on the card are closed for safety reasons);

3. Thereafter, the customer can select the required card, after which respective functions will be reflected.

After you select the desired function, you will receive SMS text message at 30 Armenian drams per message.  

Please, be informed that you can add your phone number to the Bank’s database by visiting any branch of the Bank and filling out a respective application. USSD banking service is available for the subscribers of Beeline and VivaCell MTS.
