THE sixteenth-issue bonds are underwritten

On the 5^th of December 2018, ARARATBANK OJSC completed the IPO of the sixteenth-issue AMD-denominated bonds. Due to the high demand for bonds the placement completed in 2 days instead of the planned 2.5 months.

The issuing volume made AMD 1 billion at annual yield of 9.50% and a maturity of 24 months.

Bonds were acquired by 7 individuals and 4 legal entities. In terms of the volume, individuals made 38.80% and legal entities made 61.20% of investors.     

In ten working days bonds will be submitted to NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA Stock Exchange for listing, providing a free circulation.   

In addition, 5 USD-denominated and 1 AMD-denominated bonds — previously issued by ARARATBANK OJSC — are currently in circulation, which are quoted at NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA Stock Exchange.         

Pursuant to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Guarantee of Remuneration of Bank Deposits of Physical Persons” funds attracted via nominal bonds, issued by the Bank, shall be deemed guaranteed bank deposits and are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
