According to the international agency cbonds, the BEST Investment Bank in Armenia is ARARATBANK

Cbonds Agency named ARARATBANK the best investment bank in Armenia at the XV CIS and Baltic States Bond Congress held recently in Astana. It should be noted that Cbonds is mainly specialized in evaluating the indicators of financial markets in CIS and developing countries.

In the interview with the journalists, Head of the Investment Banking Department of ARARATBANK OJSC Edgar Evoyan said today that the award was given taking into account active performance of the bank in the capital market of Armenia. 

He said, “This award as well as a number of arrangements reached at the event will enable the bank to attract funds from capital markets on much more favorable terms as well as to develop new directions of the bank.”

 In the previous year ARARATBANK underwrote bonds worth over AMD 6 billion and USD 4,5 million for other companies at the stock exchange, presented 3 new corporate issuers in the capital market and applied a new tool — covered mortgage bonds. In addition,   the bank acted as a market maker for 6 companies for the total of 14 issues.
