ARARATBANK cuts interest rates on mortgage loans

Interest rates on mortgage loans have been reconsidered in ARARATBANK. Such loans shall be disbursed at a rate of 1% lower than the existing one starting July 31. In particular, mortgage loans in AMD are offered starting from 10% interest rate per annum and with a maturity of 20 years.

The rates of mortgage loans provided under the "Apartment for Youth" program have also been reduced. Within the framework of this program, the interest rate on loans disbursed starting from July 31 shall make 8%, 2% of which is subsidized in Yerevan and 4% in the regions of Armenia provided that the residential real estate is acquired in the regions of RA.
