ARARATBANK expands the scope of customers who opt for a credit leave
Under the Executive Board Decision of ARARATBANK, not only the customers who lack overdue liabilities as of the date below, but also the customers who will repay in full the overdue liabilities as of the repayment day will be able to join a two-month "credit leave" announced on the 16th of March 2020. This means that, for instance, a customer's loan repayment date was March 12, 2020 and he/she was unable to fulfil his/her loan obligations, and likewise was unable to take advantage of the credit leave announced on 16 March 2020, the customer will be able to use the opportunity provided under the credit leave if he/she repays overdue liabilities during the effective period of the "credit leave".
Please, be reminded that at present to avoid crowding in the branches of the bank and keep customers away from worrying about their bank transactions, ARARATBANK has been providing individuals, legal entities and private entrepreneurs of the bank — upon request — with a ''credit leave'' since 16 March 2020 - a delay in repayment of principal and interest of loans for a period of up to two months. Note, you should not confuse a ''credit leave'' with a cessation or concession of interests. These are two completely different things.
Should you have additional questions, you are free to call a servicing branch, Call Centre, and — where necessary — a respective subdivision of the bank.
