You can also apply ONLINE for references on income tax refund of mortgage loans

Given the situation with Coronavirus as well as valuing the health and secure service of customers, please be informed that the Bank will send a reference on the payment of interests accrued on mortgage loans during Q1, 2020 to the State Revenue Committee. This will be done through AraratMobile application, once a respective application is submitted by a customer.     

ARARATMobile application provides customers with an opportunity to apply for the reference by entering “APPLICATIONS” section of the app and selecting a respective field, while a commission fee of AMD 3,000 will be automatically charged from the customer account.  

Below is the list of the required documents to be e-mailed by borrowers to hipoteq@taxservice.am of the State Revenue Committee:  

• Scanned copies of the borrower and co-borrower passport (identification card);
• A scanned reference received from the Bank;
• A form to be filled out only electronically;
• A completed and scanned version of an application:

-for a loan disbursed by 01 January 2018    

OR

-for a loan disbursed after 01 January 2018     

Meanwhile, without limiting customer possibility to submit their reference in person, the Bank will continue to issue references on the payment of interests accrued on mortgage loans during Q1, 2020 both in the Head Office and branches.
