ARARATBANK VISA cardholders, who will make at least one purchase in the amount exceeding AMD 5,000 and pay with a VISA card in the period between December 15, 2021 and January 10, 2022, will participate in the New Year raffle, taking the opportunity to win a Volvo car, electric scooter, smartphone. notebook and other valuable gifts. * For transactions executed in AMD, the amount of the transaction shall be taken into account. For foreign currency transactions:
- for payment card transactions in AMD, the amount of the transaction actually charged from the Customer's card account shall be taken into account.
For foreign currency payment card transactions, the amount actually charged from the card account shall be equalized to the amount in AMD according to the average exchange rate of the payment card currency set by the CBA as of the day of the transaction entry.
** Visa Business cards are an exception.
1. At the end of the campaign, the bank servicing the card shall summarize the operations complying with the conditions, and a special identification number shall be assigned to each operation.
2. Only 3 transactions made from the same POS-terminal during the same day can be registered to participate in the raffle.
3. Participants of the lottery are free to use any quantity of Visa brand cards. A transaction made from an additional card account shall be considered equal to the one made from the main card account.
4.The following transactions shall be deemed as exceptions:
- Transactions in the amount not exceeding AMD 5,000 (or the equivalent in a foreign currency),
- Card transfers made at the expense of another physical or legal entity,
- Any illegal transaction,
- Operations performed by persons under 18 years of age,
- Transactions performed by non-resident persons,
- Persons who are prohibited by the RA legislation to participate in lotteries,
- Operations made before 00:01:00 (local time) on December 15, 2021 and operations made after 23:59:59 (local time) on January 10, 2022,
- Wallet replenishment, payment of utility bills,
- Person-to-person (P2P/C2C), card-to-card transactions.
5. 50 prizes, including the main prize, will be raffled.
6. The Visa Cardholder who meets the following two conditions can be determined as a winner:
- the Visa Cardholder made a one-off payment by Visa card for a purchase in the amount of AMD 5,000 and more (via POS terminal or e-commerce) on the days of the Campaign, and
- the identification number virtually assigned by the Bank to the Visa Cardholder’s transaction was randomly selected as the winner, and in response to the Bank representative’s phone call, the Visa Cardholder confirmed his consent to be declared the winner.
7. A Cardholder can have only one win in the raffle. When the Cardholder wins, the other numbers of the Cardholder shall be removed from the lottery.
8. The lottery will take place on January 20, 2022.
9. The results of the lottery will be summed up by a live broadcast, which will also be streamed on social media platforms.
10. The winning identification numbers are considered preliminary winners as long as the Customer does not consent to be declared the winner in response to the Bank representative’s phone call during the live broadcast. If the Customer consents to be declared the winner, his full name will be announced during the live broadcast. If at the end of the broadcast there are several numbers that could not be contacted, reserve tickets will be issued. The bank representative will continue trying to reach the preliminary winners throughout the day. If the cardholders do not respond or refuse to be declared the winner, the Bank's representatives will try to contact the cardholders of the reserve numbers a maximum of 3 times during the following day. Upon making contact with the latter and obtaining consent thereof, Visa will publish the full list of winners on the official Visa website.
