ARARATBANK underwrites FINCA UCO CJSC bonds

Оn April 20, 2022, ARARATBANK OJSC placed 7,285 AMD-denominated coupon bonds issued by FINCA UCO CJSC for a total volume of AMD 72,850,000, with a coupon yield of 12.5% per annum and a maturity of 2 years, of which 2,785 bonds were placed on the Armenia Securities Exchange primary placement platform, and 4,500 bonds were sold to ARARATBANK OJSC, the underwriter and market maker, and 42,130 USD-denominated coupon bonds for a total volume of USD 1,053,250, with a coupon yield of 6.5% per annum and a maturity of 2 years, of which 33,730 bonds were placed on the Armenia Securities Exchange primary placement platform, and the remaining 8,400 bonds were sold to ARARATBANK OJSC, the underwriter and market maker, pursuant to the bond prospectus.

It should be noted that the weighted average yield of the underwritten AMD-denominated bonds stood at 12.4481%, and the cut-off yield – at 12.50%, while the weighted and the cut-off yield of USD-denominated bonds stood at 6.4510% and 6.50%, respectively.
