ARARATBANK acts as an underwriter of FINCA UCO CJSC bonds

ARARATBANK will underwrite AMD- and USD-denominated nominal coupon bonds of FINCA UCO CJSC between June 21 and June 27, 2022. 

The placement of bonds will be performed through a standard closed auction. As a matter of fact, bonds not placed on the previous offering day will be transferred to the following day until the volume of bonds proposed for placement fully expires.

“By the way, the outcomes of each auction day will be published on the official websites of ARARATBANK OJSC and FINCA UCO CJSC, www.araratbank.am and www.finca.am," - noted Anahit Shakaryan, Head of Investment Banking Department of ARARATBANK.

According to the press service of ARARATBANK, bonds for a total volume of AMD 250,000,000 with а coupon yield of 12.5% per annum and USD 2,500,000 with a coupon yield of 6.5% per annum will be placed.

The nominal value of an AMD-denominated bond will stand at AMD 10,000, while a USD-denominated bond will have a nominal value of USD 25. The maturity period of both AMD- and USD-denominated bonds is 24 months.
