Results of the 2nd day of auction for FINCA USD-denominated bonds placement

We are informing that on June 22, 2022, ARARATBANK OJSC placed 2,318 nominal coupon bonds issued by FINCA UCO CJSC for a total volume of USD 57,950, with an annual yield of 6.5% and maturity of 2 years on the Armenia Securities Exchange OJSC primary allocation platform. During the first two days of the placement auction, a total of 25,628 nominal coupon bonds for a volume of USD 640,700 were placed. The remaining volume is USD 1,859,300.

It is important to note that the total bid for 2,318 bonds submitted by 2 members of the Securities Exchange, participating in the placement as buyers, stood at USD 57,960.2. The weighted average yield of the bonds placed on the Securities Exchange was 6.5%.

Please note that the placement auction will be held within 5 consecutive business days by transferring the bonds not placed on the previous offering day to the following day until the total volume of bonds defined by final terms of the Issue fully expires or the Issuer takes a decision on cutting the volume of placement or canceling the auction.
