We issue & underwrite $3,000,000 bonds

On September 08, 2022, ARARATBANK OJSC will issue the second USD-denominated tranche in 2022 on the following terms:

• Total volume of issue – USD 3,000,000
• Number of bonds - 120,000
• Nominal value – USD 25
• Maturity - 27 months
• Annual coupon yield - 4,25%
• Coupon payment frequency – every quarter

Bonds will be placed in the period between September 08, 2022 and December 08, 2022 inclusive, if the volume of bonds proposed for placement does not expire by that date. AraratBank bonds may be acquired in the Head Office and branches of AraratBank. Once listed, bonds will be circulated in the secondary market, inter alia, on the Armenia Securities Exchange OJSC trading platform.

As a reminder, the funds attracted by bonds are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund. 

The Prospectus for Bond Issuance Program was registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 8, 2022.
