Results of placement of additionally issued shares of ARARATBANK OJSC

We are informing that on September 5, 2022, 112,614 (one hundred twelve thousand six hundred fourteen) additional shares of ARARATBANK OJSC (hereinafter the Bank) declared in its Board Resolution No.11/L were fully placed under closed subscription. The market price per ordinary nominal share of the Bank stood at AMD 24,819.4 (twenty-four thousand eight hundred and nineteen point four).
