National Mortgage Company bonds placed by ARARATBANK

ARARATBANK OJSC informs that on December 6, 2022, the Bank placed 500,000 nominal coupon bonds issued by NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY RCO CJSC for a total volume of AMD 5,000,000,000, with an annual yield of 12% and maturity of 3 years. 450,000 bonds were placed on the Armenia Securities Exchange OJSC primary allocation platform, and the remaining 50,000 bonds were sold to ARARATBANK OJSC, the underwriter and market maker, according to the bond prospectus.

It should be noted that the total bid for 450,000 bonds submitted by 4 members of the Securities Exchange participating in the placement as buyers stood at AMD 4,453,396,219.39. The weighted average yield of the bonds placed on the Securities Exchange was 12.4240%.
