On re-scheduling Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of ARARATBANK OJSC

We would like to inform you that the date for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of ARARATBANK open joint-stock company has been re-scheduled to June 27, 2023.

The meeting will take place on June 27, 2023, at 11 a.m. in Armenia Ball Room of the 2nd floor of Radisson Blu Hotel, Yerevan, located at 2/2 Azatutyan Avenue, 0037, Yerevan. 

 The materials related to the meeting agenda will be available for shareholders in ARARATBANK OJSC Head Office (87 Buzand str., prem. 85, Yerevan) as well as on the Bank’s official website (www.araratbank.am) starting from June 12 to June 27, 2023.
